Developed & Published on May 29th, 2019 for PC on Steam & GOG by Red Thread Games. Draugen is a single-player, first-person Fjord Noir mystery set in 1920s Norway. Explore a picturesque coastal community in your search for your missing sister, accompanied by your gregarious and enigmatic young ward.
Just in case, if you don’t know, fjord means a long, narrow, deep inlet of the sea between high cliffs, as in Norway, typically formed by submergence of a glaciated valley. Noir is a genre of crime film or fiction characterized by cynicism, fatalism, and moral ambiguity. So, expect an intriguing, mysterious journey and exploration of the 1920s Norway similar to Sherlock Holmes with the mystery & thrills.

I think that, if you like linear narrative rich games with beautiful game worlds such as The Vanishing of Ethan Carter, PS3’s Folklore or What Remains of Edith Finch, you will like this game too as it contains exploration, narration and mystery.
